PIPS Program Goal: A fun and valuable risk-based, injury preventative training program developed by seniors for their peers and the community at large.
What makes PIPS unique in its risk-based approach, is how easily day to day risks; gardening, shovelling even walking, can be managed. This goes the “mindfulness” concepts of typical health programs and teaches “ What to Do” rather than “What to watch out for”.
